About these Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the CRS Group website at crsneb.com. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

These Terms apply to the website only. They do not govern any insurance policy you have through CRS Group. Your insurance policies are governed by the policy documents themselves and applicable state insurance law.

Who We Are

CRS Group, LLC is a Nebraska limited liability company operating as Construction Risk Specialists. We are an independent insurance agency licensed in Nebraska, Iowa, South Dakota, Colorado, Kansas, Florida, Montana, Wyoming, and Alaska.

Not a Contract of Insurance

Nothing on this website constitutes an offer of insurance, a binder, or a contract of insurance. Coverage exists only when a policy has been issued by an insurance carrier and accepted by you, and is governed entirely by the terms of that policy.

Information on this site about coverage types, common scenarios, and risk management is general information for educational purposes. It is not professional advice. For advice on your specific situation, contact us directly.

Quotes and Submissions

When you request a quote or submit information through our website, you authorize CRS Group to use that information to obtain quotes from insurance carriers on your behalf. Quotes are subject to underwriting, carrier acceptance, and the terms of the carrier’s policy. We cannot guarantee any particular outcome, price, or coverage.

If you submit a claim through our website, we will use that information to coordinate with the relevant carrier or adjuster. Submitting a claim through our site does not constitute a claim filed with the carrier; the carrier will follow its own claim process.

Acceptable Use

When you use our site, you agree not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or our systems
  • Interfere with the operation of the site or other users’ use of it

This limitation does not apply to claims arising from your insurance policy, which are governed by the policy itself and applicable insurance law, not by these Terms.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold CRS Group harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the site.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sarpy County, Nebraska, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

[Note for attorney: confirm the right Nebraska venue for a Springfield-based LLC. Sarpy County is the county of record but the attorney may prefer Douglas County (Omaha) or a different specification.]

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
