How We Share Your Information
Insurance can only be placed by sharing information with the right parties. We share information as follows:
With insurance carriers and surety markets: to obtain quotes, bind coverage, and service your policies. This is the core of what we do and cannot be opted out of while we represent you.
With service providers who work on our behalf: including our agency management system (Applied Epic), our client portal provider (CSR24), our website form processor (Gravity Forms), our claims and policy review tools, and our document storage and communication providers. These providers are bound by confidentiality and data processing requirements.

With law enforcement: when required by law, court order, or subpoena.
In connection with a business transaction: if CRS Group is acquired, merged, or sold, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to the protections in this Policy.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their independent marketing purposes.
How We Protect Your Information
We maintain physical, technical, and administrative safeguards designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. These include encryption of data in transit, access controls on our systems, employee training, and vendor due diligence.
No system is perfectly secure. If you believe your information has been compromised, contact us immediately at info@crsneb.com.
How Long We Keep Your Information
We retain your information for as long as needed to provide our services to you and to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations. Insurance records are generally retained for the longer of seven years after the end of the policy term or as required by applicable state law. Some records may be retained longer where needed for claims, litigation, or regulatory purposes.
[Note for Tom and attorney: confirm the firm’s actual retention schedule. Seven years is a common default for commercial insurance but state-specific requirements may differ.]
