WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
after you submit
We receive your report immediately. The same business day, or first thing the next morning if it’s after hours, we’ll reach out by your preferred contact method to walk through what you sent, ask any clarifying questions, and start coordinating with the carrier.
From there, we work with the carrier to open the claim file and connect you with the adjuster. We stay in the loop on the claim through resolution, so you have someone who knows your business and the situation.
If a worker was injured
If this is a workers' comp injury, your state requires a First Report of Injury. We'll help you file it, but you can also start it now using your state's form.
